How to Join the Upton Men's Club

Congratulations! You have taken the first step towards becoming a participating member of a well-recognized and respected organization of Upton.

Using one of links below, fill out the application form and return to your sponsor or mail it to the Upton Men's Club. With your application please include a check for $100 made out to the "Upton Men's Club" for your first year's dues.

Your application will be reviewed and voted on by the Board of Directors at their next monthly meeting, usually the first Monday of every month. If approved by the Board of Directors your application will be brought up at the following UMC Membership meeting for a vote by all the members, usually the third Wednesday of every month. Your Sponsor will contact you regarding your acceptance to the Upton Men's Club.
